We want you to love your new boots, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure your UGGs are in pristine condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn boots in their original UGG box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer carton to prevent damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
